Perth Zoo one school holiday attraction to get your child’s COVID-19 vaccine

Western Australia’s biggest school holiday attractions will help to bring COVID-19 vaccination clinics to families over the next few weeks.

This will include Perth Zoo who will run three days of pop-up clinics where every child vaccinated on the day receives one free pass to be used in the next three years.

Other locations include the May Drive Parkland playground in Kings Park, Bibra Lake, Whiteman Park, the Mundaring Sculpture Park, Lake Leschenaultia, and other locations in Wanneroo, Rockingham, Mandurah, and Yanchep.

Community vaccination clinics will also continue to provide children’s vaccinations over the school holidays. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are also available on VaccinateWA (external link).

Regional children will also have greater access to their community clinics with extended opening times and days, as well as mobile clinics travelling to districts.

Parents and carers are encouraged to take advantage of these opportunities to protect children and families against COVID-19.

There are also vaccination opportunities provided by GPs, Aboriginal Medical Services and pharmacies.

Translated information about the COVID-19 vaccine (external link) is available, including Roll up for WA vaccination fact sheets (external link).
